Examine It's a K'ril Tsutsaroth.

K'ril  is the boss of the Zamorak Fortress in the God Wars Dungeon. To gain access to this dungeon, you access your list of teleports in the mage book and choose 'boss teleport' and click 'Godwars'. After killing 5 monsters and talking to Eric, you can gain access. (Kill count not needed if Sponsor rank or higher.)

He uses both Melee and Magic attacks. Despite the ability to inflict two different types of damage, he has relatively low defence for his level and will often take heavy damage and can be taken down easily.

It is important to note that this boss can inflict poison damage, so it's advised to bring Super Anti-poisons or any potion that can remove the effects because this poison damage has a max hit of 12 which can easily take a player by surprise if he hits you for high damage alongside it. The poison lasts for a very long time, but it's still possible to win the fight without the potions. It is best to pray melee against this boss as that attack style deals the most damage, and simply tank the magic damage.

During the fight, you are better off focusing him as the minions will deal melee damage that your prayer will help to reduce greatly, so killing K'ril Tsutsaroth first is definitely recommended. Once he is down, then you can kill the minions to relieve some pressure when he next spawns.

Melee gear is recommended here, and if you're soloing then high defence bonus gear is recommended. Bandos armor or Barrows armor are good choices, but the boss can be killed with cheaper armor too such as dragon armor if your stats are high enough to compensate for less defence bonuses.

The abyssal whip is a good general choice, and anything that deals higher damage such as a crystal halberd, or even the Kraken tentacle whip can be used too. It isn't recommended to use any weapons worse than a whip, such as a Dragon Scimitar, as it would take too long to kill the boss, meaning it has more time to damage you and lower your supplies.
