Skeletal Wyverns use a icy fire attack which can be protected from in the same way as normal dragons. They have a chance of dropping the draconic visage; however, it is still very rare to obtain it from them. Skeletal Wyverns can be found at Ice Plateau in the wildy. They are the only monster in the game to drop Wyvern bones.
